Supplying Executive and Senior Managers to worldwide Blue Chip companies within energy (from finance through to exploration), transportation, construction and telecommunications.With offices throughout Europe and the US, Jordan Sheppard is a truly international business.
Responsibilities
* Interact with a wide range of high-level decision –makers, influences and sell company services to key major account segments and achieve a defined sales and GP quota.
* Successful researching and prospecting companies and scheduling face-to-face presentations with high level decision makers and influencers.
* Identify customer needs and develop a value added proposition as well as generating complex proposal and pricing development.
* Develop database of qualified leads
* Make consistent sales calls on the qualified leads in order to build a sales pipeline to generate revenue.
* Provide follow up to all leads and track progress of sales through documentation of efforts and results.
* Develop strong social network in professional organizations that focus on the ‘end user/buyer’
* Conduct telephone and Internet based research to identify suitable market leading candidates within companies
* Use job specifications as a bench mark for identifying who will be the best target within the chosen companies
* Make initial contact with the chosen potential candidates.
* Review applications, manage interviews and consider candidates for short listing.
* Negotiate with candidate and employer for salary and benefits
* Be proactive in finding new leads for future business.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients and candidates to maintain and develop.
* Plan and organise workloads in order to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications/knowledge/skills required
* Must be self-motivated and show initiative
* An enthusiastic communicator who emanates professionalism
* Articulate with a confident telephone manner
* Analytical with a good grasp of commercial awareness
* Proven Business to Business sales experience within blue chip companies essential
* Professional manner and experience in dealing with key decision makers
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proven ability to establish senior level relationships
* Track record of success
* A winning attitude and desire to succeed
* Be organised with strong negotiation skills
