Job Description
School of Physics & Astronomy
Applications are invited for a Clerical Assistant to join the Admissions Team supporting activities in recruitment and admissions for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and other widening participation activities in the School of Physics and Astronomy.
Possessing experience in a team working environment, you will act as a first point of contact and provide initial response to queries from students, visitors and staff. You will have demonstrable IT skills and the ability to work flexibly on your own initiative. With good organisational skills, you will be able to prioritise competing demands.
The post is a permanent full time position.
