Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic sports professional to join Bolton School Sports Complex. This role will oversee the commercial sports letting out of School hours and have responsibility for managing existing activities along with actively developing and marketing the sports facilities for additional lettings.

The Sports Complex has excellent facilities including a 25m swimming pool, tennis courts, sports hall and large playing fields. Whilst hosting numerous sports clubs covering a multitude of sports including swimming, football, cricket, water polo and jujitsu, the complex also runs its own successful sports clubs and holiday activity programmes which are open to all.

The successful candidate will ideally have a professional qualification in a related discipline at Level 4, experience of managing sporting facilities and working with children and adults in a sports advisory capacity. They will have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to use their own initiative. A flexible approach to working hours is essential.

In return the successful candidate will be offered a salary up to £23,708 per annum plus an attractive benefits package.
