Job Description
My Trafford Park based client is a market leader within their industry and have a Nationwide clientele. Due to their year on year success they are now seeking additional support to their Customer Service Department.
They are seeking highly experienced and professional candidates to join their Customer Support team to be a first line of support for their Busines Clientele. The key responsibilites for role include; taking inbound calls from clients, checking stock, processing orders, up selling new products and alterative ranges along with liaising with field based personnel.
This is a fantastic opportunity which can offer real progression. They are looking for candidates who have the motivation and talent to progress to Field Based Account Managers.
Candidate Skills:
Excellent communication skills
High level customer service experience
Good knowledge of Excel and Word
Previous experience of co-ordinating field based personnel
