Job Description
Our client is looking for a self-motivated team player to join a QA department, and to assist in driving this department forward. This would suit someone who has worked in an import environment, with a knowledge of high street retailers and be product orientated
The ideal candidate would be as follows:
Qualified to degree level OR equivalent
Be familiar with approval processes of UK retailers
Liaise confidently with Head Office Retail Buyers and QA technologists
Attend pre-production meetings
Have a good understanding of test reports and how to assess the results
Knowledge of British and EU legislation within textile industry
Knowledge of fabric performance and garment construction
Strong Excel and Word experience
Good Communication and organisational skills
