Construction Manager/Site Manager-Major CIVILS-Liverpool
My client is a well established Main Contractor with a major focus on the Retail Sector.
They are currently looking for Construction Managers and Site Managers for a New Retail Development in Liverpool in excess of 22million.
Principle activities include surfacing, highways construction, Highway Maintenance, Modular Buildings, car parks, Stilt Buildings and major structures.
A guaranteed 12month contract and a very competitive rate.
